The Organization does not endorse, recommend, or guarantee the quality, suitability, or reliability of any artist listed in the Directory.
The Organization is not responsible for any aspect of the services provided by artists listed in the Directory. This includes, but is not limited to, the quality, timeliness, safety, or legality of the services. The Organization does not verify the credentials, qualifications, or background of the artists listed in the Directory.
The relationship between customers and artists is strictly between the customer and the artist. The Organization is not a party to any contract or agreement between a customer and an artist. The Organization is not responsible for any disputes, claims, or issues arising from the services provided by the artists.
You agree to indemnify and hold the Organization harmless from any and all claims, demands, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Directory or the services provided by the artists listed in the Directory.
In no event shall the Organization be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the Directory.
